1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
1.1 New Subscribers (7-Day Guarantee)
If you are a first-time subscriber to any paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided:
- You have created fewer than 5 videos using the Service
- You have not connected social media accounts for posting
- This is your first refund request with Videomaker.in
1.2 Technical Issues
If the Service is unusable due to technical issues on our end for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit for the affected period.
1.3 Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charges, wrong amount, etc.), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge immediately upon verification.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Request made after 7 days of purchase
- You have used the Service extensively (created more than 5 videos)
- Account was suspended for Terms of Service violations
- You simply changed your mind about the subscription
- Third-party service issues (payment gateway, social media APIs)
- You failed to cancel before the renewal date
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless stated otherwise)
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Your videos and data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
⚠️ Important: Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@videomaker.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction ID or payment receipt
- Reason for refund request
- Wait for confirmation - We will review your request within 2 business days
- Receive your refund - Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- UPI refunds: 1-3 business days
- Credit/Debit card refunds: 5-7 business days
- Bank processing times may vary
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
6. Plan Downgrades
If you wish to switch to a lower-tier plan:
- The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for downgrades
- You will retain access to premium features until the period ends
7. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise customers with custom agreements may have different refund terms as specified in their individual contracts. Please contact your account manager for details.
